Molinox Environmental Policy

 

Molinox Srl is committed in order to reach excellence in environmental management in its facilities, in its services, in the use of its assets and towards the local community to which it belongs.

For this reason, it considers of fundamental importance having an organizational system that allows to combine and keep under control its own processes and the collection of information deriving from them, committing itself to define and maintain an integrated Quality and Environment management system, according to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 standards, aimed at ensuring the continuous improvement of environmental processes and performances, as well as the satisfaction of all interested parties and the relevant regulatory provisions applicable to their activities.

 

In order to pursue the effectiveness and efficiency of the company, Molinox Srl is based on its own strengths, namely:

 

  • Internal analysis of its processes;
  • The quality of the service provided;
  • Use of selected and qualified suppliers.

The main strategies the company follows in terms of environmental protection are::

 

  • Respect for the legal provisions on the environment matter and all the provisions signed by the organization concerning their environmental aspects;
  • Use of processes and technologies preventing and / or reducing impacts on the environment;
  • Monitoring of resource and energy consumption;
  • Monitoring and correct management of waste disposal;
  • Use of vehicles and materials which comply with legislation, current environment, low consumption, low environmental impact, recyclability;
  • Adoption of all necessary measures to limit the occurrence of emergency conditions and possible consequent environmental impacts;
  • Use of energy services from renewable sources;
  • Involvement and participation of personnel in the process of continuous improvement and prevention in the field of environmental protection;

In order to ensure compliance with these principles, the company intends to:

 

  • Adopt a preventive approach to the management of environmental problems;
  • The periodical review of the effectiveness of the system concerning quality and environmental management adopted by verifying the achievement of the goals and the targets set for the purpose;
  • Communicate to all the personnel who work for the organization or on its behalf the current policy and the applicable elements of the system so that they can adapt themselves in carrying out the tasks entrusted to them.

 

The Management establishes specified purposes in the short and medium term which all levels of the organization get to know.

This Quality and Environment Policy document, and the related purposes, is reviewed every year by the General Management of Molinox Srl, in conjunction with the Management Review.
